Project Description:
SPT Architecture teamed with USD 439 Sedgwick to conduct a district-wide facilities study to prepare for a proposed $13.8 million bond campaign. The bond passed in August, 2021. Improvements include:
- New Football Field and 8-lane polyurethane Track
- Interior Renovations at Elementary, Junior High/High Schools
- Elementary School – Multipurpose Room upgrades include new seating and acoustic improvements
- Junior High/High School – New Connecting Corridor to Elementary School, new Media Center/Library with Makerspace, and Secure Entry
- New Physical Education Complex with Gym, Storm Shelter/Weight Room, Walking Track and Cardio Fitness Area
- Connecting Corridors to Manual Arts and at existing Gym
- Exterior upgrades to existing Junior High/Senior High School Entries
- Exterior Lighting Improvements
- New Parking Lot at High School
- New Bus Drive
- New Retention Pond & Outdoor Classroom
