Project Description:
SPT Architecture was selected by USD 408 Marion-Florence to provide pre-bond services for a proposed $3.2 million bond election, which passed in May 2023. Located at the Football/Track Stadium, the bond project features a new multiuse facility to support student athletes and accommodate community activities and events. The improvements include:
New Facility at the Football/Track Stadium
- Concession Area with Outdoor Seating Area
- Flexible Space for Weightlifting and Conditioning during summer months, and Pickleball Courts and Meeting Space during the school year, available for community use
- Locker Rooms – Home & Visitors
- Public Restrooms
- Storage
New LED Lighting at Baseball and Softball Fields
