The 1605 Office Building at The Lakeside at the Waterfront is a 2-story, 32,000 SF facility. The main lobby features material patterns and unique architectural components that lend to a vertical feel. Cherry wall panels extend the full height of the lobby walls and floor tile patterns aligned with the panels complete the linear composition of the space. The lobby’s contemporary styling is highlighted by aircraft cable railing at the staircase as well as a full-height, copper-clad column water feature.
