Project Description:
The REPCO Warehouse project features a 38,364 SF addition and 16,900 SF renovation to their existing corporate headquarters in Salina, Kansas, unifying all three facilities into one cohesive design. These improvements will better accommodate their growing operations and improve manufacturing efficiency by providing larger, more modern offices and increased storage space. Additional features include custom laboratory areas for research and development and quality assurance activities such as a Bake Lab, Nutrition Lab and Open Food Lab.
