Project Description:
The renovation of the two-story, 50,000 SF Newton Recreation Center transforms the existing 1973 facility into a contemporary community recreation center. The 17,000 SF gymnasium features a new court surface, lighting, acoustical panels and tiles, and motorized goals. Locker room upgrades include new lockers and furnishings. New finishes throughout the facility, as well as a new reception desk and millwork, complete the interior renovation. Exterior upgrades include new paint overall and a renovated stairway/patio area adjacent to the Wellness Center.
