The 2-story, 35,000 SF American AgCredit Office Building serves as American AgCredit’s Wichita headquarters. The contemporary exterior is comprised entirely of high-efficiency Solarban® glazing, Cordova Stone™ and natural limestone columns. The 2-story entry atrium features a glass clerestory and acoustical perforated white oak wall panels. Along with executive, administrative and open office areas, the facility includes 6 conference rooms (2 with video) and a 60-participant classroom style training room, which is divisible into 3 separate rooms via movable partitions. The facility is uniquely configured for maximum flexibility with raised access flooring and demountable wall systems for arrangement as required. The Class A interior finishes include 100% LED light fixtures, cherry millwork and doors throughout and a neutral color palette highlighted by accents matching the signature American AgCredit green.
