Project Description:
SPT Architecture was selected by USD 360 Caldwell to provide a district-wide facilities study and pre-bond services to prepare for a $5.99 million bond election, which passed in May 2023. The existing 3-story High School building will be replaced with a 1-story Classroom addition and a new main entry to the school. In response to the community’s need for childcare, a new Early Childhood Center will provide daycare for the children of school staff and local business employees. The bond projects include:
New Early Childhood Center Building
- Accommodations for 59 Children (Pre-K & Childcare)
- 4 Classrooms (One Functions as a Storm Shelter)
- Food Service Area, Work Room, and Two Offices
- Outdoor Play Area
- Secured Entry
High School / Middle School
- New High School Classroom Addition With a FACS Room With Cooking and Sewing Areas, Graphic Design Room, Classroom, and Weights Room, Which Will Be Open for Community Use

Elementary School
- New Secured Entry
Industrial Arts Building
- Newly Renovated Areas for FFA Classroom, Metal Shop, Wood Shop, and ADA Restroom
