Project Description:
The Seventeeth apartments project adds two new buildings to existing off-campus student housing at Wichita State University. Combined, the 60,300 SF buildings add a total of 84 units with a mix of studio, one-, two-, and four-bedroom apartments that can house a total of 147 students. Units are built with sophisticated and modern touches like custom cabinets and granite countertops. The apartment complex also features a shared outdoor barbecue area, relaxation pool, and private dog run as well as a secure parking area. A facade renovation of the existing complex building creates a cohesive aesthetic with the new structures.
