The 45,000 SF, 3-story multi-tenant 1625 Office Building at The Lakeside at Waterfront features a 3-story grand entry as well as a 7,000-gallon salt water aquarium at the main lobby. The building’s undulating corners create additional corner office spaces and, along with exterior balconies and terraced patio areas, maximize views of the adjacent lake. The cast stone exterior also includes coordinating champagne-colored metal panels that lend to the verticality of the structure.
